In early 2006, Alex Wettstein and Sarah Favre founded the Fair Future Foundation, a Swiss State Approved foundation, recognized of Pure Public Utility and Tax Exempted. This foundation is purely dedicated to providing the people and children of Indonesia with free Health & Medical Care through many community and home healthcare services. Follow this link to find our brochure for more detailed information.
Alex Wettstein is a Swiss citizen and he has been working in a medical team for big organizations for many years all over South-East Asia and Switzerland.
Alex said: “-This experience paved the way to my life’s purpose and my current full-time dedication to provide free healthcare to the needy. More than a dream, this concept is now becoming a reality. Of course, I couldn’t have done it alone, I needed help, medical staff, material and financing and a great deal of wonderful people committed to this cause. All this led me to create…”
Since early 2011 in Indonesia, following our Ethical Code, the Fair Future Foundation and the Bali Sari Foundation have already cared and treated dozens of thousands poor, sick, disabled, disadvantaged human beings per year, without consideration of race, religion, origin, age, color. Both Foundations also aim to improve the daily life of the local community in suffering, whether they are affected by a situation of social vulnerability, emotional or medical, or suffering from a disability.
The Fair Future Foundation is chaired since 2006 by Alex Wettstein and its Foundation Board is composed of five volunteer members, all Swiss Citizens. Alex is working full time in Indonesia, as medical worker, 100% volunteer.
Early 2011 also, the Fair Future Foundation chose to structure and develop its actions of solidarity and philanthropy, by creating another Indonesian foundation whose purposes and goals are identical: The Bali Sari Foundation. Its Foundation Board is composed of five members, all from Indonesia. The Bali Sari Foundation is also recognized of Pure Public Utility by the Indonesian Ministry of Justice and Human Rights in Jakarta.
The Bali Sari Foundation employs local youth beneficiaries, mainly from disadvantaged areas. The medical staff in charge of the medical centers and mobile clinic of the foundation -doctors, nurses, pharmacists, drivers, helpers- are all from Indonesia, local people only.
Today, the Fair Future Foundation develops major projects related to access to Free Health & Medical Care, our new hospital is being created to treat thousands of children, but also to provide Free Health & Medical Care to all those in need.
This engagement is financed by the Fair Warung Balé, by individual and institutional donations, of which 100% flows are directly used in favor of the people in need.
...Take action here, to do with us, a bigger difference... All people in pain, need champions like YOU. Get involved, speak out, volunteer, or become a donor and give to everyone a fair chance to succeed...
Thank you for your kind attention, your help, and your benevolence.
Alexandre Wettstein – President and Founder of both foundations
